Karen Yoong brings over 30 years of legal experience and is a member of Attorneys Inc. LLC. She was admitted to the Singapore Bar in 1991, gaining expertise in criminal and litigation at esteemed firms such as Assomull Pereira & Partners, Edmond Pereira & Partners, and Michael Khoo & Partners.

With a solid foundation in litigation, Karen has represented clients in various courts, including the State and Supreme Courts, managing capital cases and appeals. Her litigation experience spans areas such as trusts, negligence, property disputes, defamation, and family.

In 1999, Karen transitioned to corporate banking by joining the Citank Corporate eBanking team, where she led the Regional Documentation Hub. She has held various roles, including Account Services Head for Citi Singapore's corporate and Head of the Regional Paralegal team, facilitating global and cross-border contract negotiations and gaining insights into compliance, tax, audit, risk, and operational matters.
