Albert has been in legal practice for over 24 years.

In the course of his career Albert has had conduct of a wide variety of matters ranging from real estate transactions to general civil litigation, family, state to insolvency as well as corporate matters.

Albert regularly acts for a diverse clientele in real estate transactions, representing developers, banks, individual purchasers and vendors.  He has also carried out work for almost all the consumer banks in Singapore in relation to real estate transactions, including DBS Bank, UOB Bank, OCBC Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, Citibank, HSBC Bank, CIMB Bank, Maybank, Singapura Finance, Hong Leong Finance, Bank of China, ANZ Singapore and Lloyds TSB Bank PLC.  Albert has also acted for clients, both individuals and corporate in the sale and acquisition of commercial properties.  Albert’s real estate practice started at Laycock & Ong and continued through to Albert Teo & Lim and PKWA Law Practice LLC, prior to becoming a Director at Attorneys Inc. LLC.

Albert has experience in corporate matters ranging from acquisition of companies and businesses, drafting of commercial contracts (distribution contracts, franchise agreements, BOT contracts etc) and in corporate structuring work. He also has experience in intellectual property related matters and has in the course of his practice advised internet and technology companies, multimedia companies and production houses.

Albert’s clientele includes both small businesses as well as listed and private companies both in and outside of Singapore. He is also constantly involved and working with other professionals and non-professionals from other fields of discipline.

Albert was an avid competitive tennis player in Singapore from a young age, representing Singapore in various international tournaments like SEA Games and even the Davis Cup, before he embarked on his legal career. He was also active in teaching the sport and become a council member of the Singapore Lawn Tennis Association for few years and also managed the Davis Cup team. He continues to play the sport socially.
