We have also worked in a wide range of cross-border and international transactions, including mergers and acquisition for multi-national corporations and have gained widespread experience to enable them to assist clients in both domestic as well as international transactions involving multi-jurisdictional laws. We also support international clientele involved in transactions in Singapore as well as in the Asia Pacific region and other parts of the world. This has enabled the Law Practice to form an extensive network and establish strong ties with correspondent law firms in the Asia Pacific region, UK, Europe and USA.
Our Practice & Philosophy
Our Law Practice caters to a wide range of clientele, from small businesses to large multi-national corporations. As a team, our combined aptitude and experience constitute our decision making and advisory process that assist our clients and address their legal challenges correctly. We always strive to provide effective and expeditious advice on the legal issues that may arise in our clients’ endeavours.
Our Law Practice counts among its clientele, financiers, property investors, property managers and private clients. Our lawyers have collectively acted for major banks in Singapore as well as off-shore banks in a variety of banking transactions, including property financing, loan syndication and securities documentation and property financing. Through our experience in this field, we have established close ties with both local and international banks and are able to assist clients in particular projects by facilitating introductions to the appropriate bank or financial institution.
Our Law Practice is also appointed on the panel of several local and foreign banks and the CPF Board in Singapore. Our offices are located at 2 convenient locations - Suntec City and Clifford Centre.
